Okay, so, I've done tips in the past, but let's just call this tip #1, okay?
I read recently about how using lemon juice on your skin helps clear it, and I just wanted to make a tip of my experiences.
Usage:
O1.What your going to need is lemon juice. Plain and simple. Whether it is fresh squeezed or from a bottle, that's what you are going to use.
O2. I use the kind in the bottle pictured on the set.
O3. I use my fingers, but you can use a cotton ball or cotton pad, it doesn't really matter.
O4. Just rub it into your skin before you shower. I let it dry to my skin.
You can only put it on one or two spots, or you could put it all over your face. Be warned though, lemon does bleach your skin. So if you put it on one or two spots every day for a week, they will get lighter, but the rest of your face won't.
And, going back to what was said above, DON'T USE IT TOO MUCH. Once a week is pretty much enough, if not too much.
My forehead breaks out a lot, and I used lemon juice on it and my chin, and a day later, ALL my spot were gone. I'm not even joking. Last night, I had a spot on the side of my face, I put lemon juice on it, let it dry, got in the shower and washed with my regular cleanser {St. Ives Green Tea Scrub} and this morning, it is gone.
Warnings:
Skin lightening= bad.
If you have sensitive skin, please don't use this. It will do more harm than good.
It might burn a little if you have any scabs {that sounds gross....} because that is just the lemon juice getting into the wound.
Again, don't use it too much.
BONUS: You can lighten your hair using lemon juice too.
Just make a lemon juice mixture with water with the ration of either 2:1 or 3:1 with water being the larger number. Just pour over hair, and chill out in the sun. It's a good idea to do this before you go out to tan or chill by the pool {in the summer haha}
Thanks!
